Q. How can I be notified when an item I am waiting for comes back in stock?

A. The best way to stay up to date with restocking items is to follow @moonlightuniverse__ on Instagram! If I am out of an item and am going to be restocking, I will let our shop followers know and have first dibs on new items!

Q. You don’t have my size in the item I want. Do you have any you’re planning to add to the site that I could get first dibs on?

A. Send us a dm on Instagram @moonlightuniverse__ or email shopmoonlightuniverse@gmail.com if you’re wondering if we have the supplies needed to create the item you’re most interested in! Sometimes we may have it, but if not, I can try to give you a general time frame of when that item might be back in stock.

Q. My order won't go through! Is there something I can do?

A. Make sure your billing information is correct, including your zip code and 3-4 digit CVV number on the back of your card! If all of that is correct and sufficient funds are available in your account, try a different payment method (PayPal or ShopPay may be easier for you) or send us an email at shopmoonlightuniverse@gmail.com or dm us at @moonlightuniverse__ on Instagram!
