Shipping policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES 
We will usually ship items within 5 business days after your order is placed. Shipping through USPS may take an additional 3-10 business days depending on destination address. Items shipped outside the United States may expect extended shipping times. Due to the current pandemic, delays are possible and should be expected. However, we will do our best to get products shipped in a timely manner so that you can enjoy your handmade creations!

Custom items or made to order items should expect a delay up to around 7 business days.

If you need your items by a specific date, please contact us by email at shopmoonlightuniverse@gmail.com before purchasing so we can let you know if your request is possible. It is also recommended that you add a note to your order when purchasing. We will do our best to accommodate your needs!

SHIPPING COSTS 
Shipping rates are based off of the total weight of your package. Orders shipping inside the United States may qualify for free ground/standard shipping on select orders over $55 (before taxes and fees). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Gift cards don't apply towards free shipping threshold.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
International customers are responsible for import fees, taxes, and other tax duties that are required in your country of residence.
